Parking

Upon arrival, pull under the covered portico driveway at the front of the complex to unload, then proceed to park your car. If you do not find a space in the immediate parking lot, you can use the overflow parking lot across the street.

Unloading

The elevator is located to the right of the wide stairs leading to the lobby. Go to the 3rd floor; the condo is very close to the elevator (we will provide the unit number on the day of check-in for security purposes). Complimentary luggage carts are available for unloading. Please return the carts to the elevator area after use.

Keyless Entry

You will receive the door code on check-in day. If the electronic lock fails, use the backup key from the lockbox (same code), and let us know about the issue.

Parking Passes

Please place the provided parking passes in each of your cars during your stay. There is a $50 replacement fee for any lost or unreturned passes at checkout.

Wristbands

Wear the provided wristbands at the pool and beach; larger bands unlock gates. There is a $50 replacement fee for lost larger wristbands.

NO Smoking

This is a non-smoking residence. Please refrain from smoking in the condo, on the balcony, or in the corridors.

No Animals

We love animals, but there are strict HOA rules and the owner has severe allergies.

Quiet Time

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be courteous. NO Parties

Thermostat

Please keep all doors and windows closed to prevent flies from entering, protect the interior from high humidity, and avoid overloading the air conditioning system.

Towels

To maintain our luxury bath towels: Use provided makeup towels for makeup, brown towels for spills, and bring your own beach towels for the pool and beach.

Laundry

Wash white linens in hot water and it’s okay to use bleach. PLEASE DO NOT WASH WHITES WITH ANY COLORS. Wash colored linens in cold water and do not use bleach. This includes brown and makeup towels. Remember to clean out the lint trap after every drying.

Complex Rules

Please review and adhere to the rules of the Villa Capriani Complex. 

Personal Items

Please remove all personal items, including toiletries, from the condo. Also, discard any partially eaten or open food items. Unopened food may be left for the housekeepers.

Wash Dishes

If there are dirty dishes, please place them in the dishwasher and run it before you leave.

Trash

Take out the trash. The dumpsters are at the front left and right sides of the complex.

Wristbands

Return the wrist bands to the location you found them. $50 replacement fee for lost gate key/bands.

Parking Passes

Please remember to put the parking passes back where you found them. $50 Replacement Fee applies.

Report Damage

Please report any lost or damaged items so that we can replace them before the next guest
