Parking

There is a carport and additional parking in the driveway or on the street. Occasionally, the owner will store their car in the left parking spot of the carport.

Keyless Entry

Use the front door to enter and exit the house; the carport door leads to the owner’s storage. You’ll receive the door code on check-in day. If the lock fails, use the backup key from the lockbox on the back deck, attached to the rail next to the sliding door.

NO Smoking

This is a non-smoking residence. Please refrain from smoking in the condo, on the balcony, or in the corridors.

NO Animals

We love pets, but one of the owners has severe allergies.

NO Parties

No parties are permitted.

Doors & Windows

Please keep all doors and windows closed to prevent flies from entering, protect the interior from humidity, and avoid overloading the air conditioning system.

Thermostat

Please do not set the AC below 68°F as it can cause the system to overload and break. Fans are provided for additional cooling.

Laundry

Wash white linens in hot water. IMPORTANT: Do not wash white linens with colors. Clean the lint trap after each drying.

Trash to Street

Please take the large trash can and recycling bin to the street on Sunday night and bring them back in on Monday evening. If the recycling bin is still full, bring it back as it is only picked up every other Monday.

Personal Items

Please remove all personal items, including toiletries. Also, discard any partially eaten or open food items. Unopened food may be left for the housekeepers.

Wash Dishes

If there are dirty dishes, please place them in the dishwasher and run it before you leave.

Take out Trash

Take out the trash. The trash cans are to the left of the driveway opposite the carport behind the wood half wall.

Report Damage

Please report any lost or damaged items so that we can replace them before the next guest arrives.
